This group is open to all 3rd grade students. Students will learn basic hand positioning, posture, technique, music reading skills, and several familiar folk tunes on the violin.

Students have a special Beginner Concert in the late spring to demonstrate their progress and hard work.

Students will be provided with one weekly before-school lesson, beginning in the fall. Lessons will be either Tuesday or Thursday mornings at 8:00am on stage in the All-Purpose room.
